Pre-settlement Inspection

Under the Contract you are entitled (after giving reasonable notice to the Seller) to enter the property once for the purpose of conducting a pre-settlement inspection.

This is usually done the day before, or on the morning of, the Settlement Date.

If during the inspection you discover that items which were to be included are missing, or there is damage to the property which was not previously there, you should contact us immediately to discuss the issue.
