Name of the Purchaser

If you are purchasing a property other than in your personal names, you should seek advice from your accountant or financial adviser as to the most beneficial purchasing entity taking into account your financial circumstances.

There will a Stamp Duty implications to consider if the Contract has already been signed and you change your mind as who the purchasing identity will be as the Office of State Revenue may consider it to be two separate transactions and charge Stamp Duty twice.
