Foreign Buyers

If a Buyer is a foreign person it may be necessary for them to obtain Foreign Investment Review Board approval and also to register with the Foreign Ownership of Land Register. Buyers need to advise us if they are not an Australian Citizen or do not have permanent residence status.

Such Buyers should not sign a Contract unless it is made subject to a Foreign Investment Review Board approval.
