Cooling Off Period

A five working day cooling off period applies for all residential purchases from the day the Buyer or we receive a fully signed Contract.  The five working days includes the day it is received.

You can terminate your Contract for any reason within this time by giving notice to the Seller, their solicitor or agent.  A penalty of 0.25% of the purchase price may be required to be paid to the Seller.
