Charlie joined our firm in 2024 and assists our solicitor, Prim. Leveraging her extensive experience in customer service roles, Charlie is dedicated to ensuring that every client enjoys a seamless and exceptional experience while engaging with J.A. Carroll Solicitors.

In addition to her role, Charlie also extends her support to the conveyancing team and various administrative functions, including the oversight of the firm’s Safe Custody documents.

Charlie’s friendly demeanour and commitment to client satisfaction has quickly made her a valued member of the team.

Charlie is also a qualified Commissioner for Declarations which enables her to witness legal documentation on behalf of our clients when required.
